- Initial Clinical Comprehensive Exam: $300
- Individual Therapy: $205 for 60 minute sessions
- Family Therapy: $250 for 90 minute sessions
- Debriefing, interpretation, and treatment planning exam post-testing: $205
- Cognitive/Brain-Training Therapy: Cogmed 25- 30 session, 5 week program: $1,500-$2,000
- Gifted and School Placement Battery: $950
- Psycho-social Emotional Battery: $2,000 +
- ADHD Battery Evaluation: $2,000 +
- Custody Evaluations: $4,000 +
- Forensic Evaluation Battery: $4,000 +
Carolinas Institute adheres to the Good Faith Estimate, which shows the costs of services that are reasonably expected for the expected services to address your mental health care needs.
The Good Faith Estimate does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur. If this happens, federal law allows you to dispute (appeal) the bill.
If you are billed for $400 more (per provider) than this Good Faith Estimate (GFE), you have the right to dispute the bill
All payments are due in full prior to assessment date. Please note that Carolinas Institute is an outside network provider. We do provide you with ICD-10 and CPT codes in a super bill that you can provide to your insurance company. Please note that gifted testing, forensic evaluations, profession related assessments, and custody evaluations are not covered by insurance. A sliding scale fee can be offered per request, but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact your insurance company for information about out of network provider services.
